The disruption

The pattern: Four talented owners saw their company grow to close to 100 people but had a challenge to take it to the next level while retaining the values the company was been built on. The risk was that the company's growth would stagnate. The disruption: Established a simplified strategic platform to support leaders looking to grow, built on the foundational values of the company. The result has been double digit growth and a company set to scale.

The work

2009 - present + Ongoing 1on1 Development with CEO (first monthly, then quarterly) + Workshops with the board and owner group around future vision of success + Management team program to align senior management around leadership responsibilities + Facilitation of strategic platform process including business strategy, core values and purpose + Alignment with all individuals with management responsibility + Design, development and execution of Implema 8 day Leadership Program as a means to achieve the new Implema Gameplan. + Over 45 senior leaders have completed this ongoing program (so far) designed to be a tool for the development of a winning culture. + Values workshops with all employees as a form of cultural alignment and onboarding to the Implema journey.
